YOU HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE GRACE TO PREACH

A Daily Devotional Tract by Bright Idumwonyi.

Monday 10th August, 2020.

TOPIC: YOU HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE GRACE TO PREACH

BIBLE VERSE:
EPHESIANS 3:8
Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ.”

THOUGHTS ON TODAY’S BIBLE VERSE
You need to understand that the word of God is alive forever more; and anyone that is able to walk into the word at any time and declare it, the word will start working for that person. The word of God is waiting for you to be synchronized with it, so that you can function it in. The bible said in 2Timothy 3:16 “All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.”

Today’s bible verse shows us how humble Apostle Paul was to the course of the Gospel. He said he was less than the lest of all the saints; he was unworthy of the call, a chief sinner but yet by the special grace of God through Jesus Christ, God poured out much grace upon him and called him and gave him the great assignment to preach, herald, announce, declare and proclaim the gospel, the good news to the Gentile nations all over the world.

Here is the thing; Apostle Paul is no longer on earth; but this bible verse is still alive today. I need you to understand that this Bible verse is still alive today and it waiting for you to step into it and declare it and synchronize yourself with it and function in it. Say to yourself Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ.” Hallelujah! Glory to God! Yes! This scripture is for you now! It waiting for you. You were given this great commission in the Gosple of Matthew chapter 28; you have been called by Christ and given this assignment to proclaim the Good news to the world. Step into it and function in it; let it come alive in your spirit.

You might feel unworthy, you might feel you are not good enough, the world around you might make you feel you are inadequate; this is exactly why you should step into today’s bible verse and function in it because you aren’t worthy of the call; neither was the call because of your strength, or how well you call speak, or because you have studied the bible from cover to cover, nor because you can pray very well; nor is it the call because of your good deeds. No! A thousand times No! This call was given to you wholly by the grace of God through Christ. When you understand this; you will go everywhere telling everyone about Christ.

The grace has been given to you by God through Christ Jesus. The grace has been granted to you; it’s now your job to reach out to the world with this gospel. It’s your primary assignment to make everyone hear about Jesus; it’s your job to get everyone born again.

Step into this verse today and start to function in it. The more you do it the more grace is released upon you. You are an essential part of the body of Christ. Grace is upon you! Glory to God!

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for pouring out your grace upon me; though I’m unworthy, you declared me worthy by grace through Jesus Christ and gave me the ministry of reconciliation. By your Spirit I’m going around the world turning many unto righteousness in Jesus name, Amen!

DO NOT LIMIT GOD

A Daily Devotional Tract by Bright Idumwonyi.

Monday 10th August, 2020.

TOPIC: DO NOT LIMIT GOD

BIBLE VERSE:
ACTS 10:15
And the voice spake unto him again the second time, What God hath cleansed, that call not thou common.”

THOUGHTS ON TODAY’S BIBLE VERSE
Some Christians especially those that thinks they are matured and old in the faith; sometimes even young Christians that are used to traditions and patterns frustrates the move of God’s Spirit. Reading this verse in context will give you a better understanding of it. Peter had a vision of a sheet full of animals being let down from heaven and a voice told him to kill and eat – but there’s a problem. All the animals in the sheet are unclean according to the Jewish traditions. Peter insisted that he can’t do what the voice commanded. He has never eaten an unclean thing in his life. The voice told him, “What God has made clean, you must not call profane.” This vision happened three times and Peter still was not able to figure out what it means.

But a Roman centurion from Caesarea (a Gentile) had a vision of his own, and being a God-worshiper, he obeyed the vision and sent messengers to Peter and asked him to come over to Caesarea. Peter sensed that this must have something to do with the vision of the unclean animals, so he went with the messengers from Cornelius. When he got to Caesarea, Cornelius had already assembled his entire household to hear what the Lord would have Peter speak to them.

As Peter began to preach the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ and how anyone who believes in Him receives forgiveness of sin and are saved; something spectacular happened; the Holy Spirit fell upon everyone who heard his voice while he was yet speaking. Peter and the people who came with him were surprised and astonished. He has not even finish preaching yet; the Holy Ghost has moved in and the gentiles started speaking in tongues and then Peter was surprised and ordered that they be baptised.

As a Christian you have to be careful not to allow traditions and the way things have been done in your church or family to limit you from the express move of the Holy Spirit. Peter here was still thinking as a Jewish Christian; he resisted the Spirit but eventually submitted. Most often than not; the old Christians who got born again before another person think they know God more than any other person; so when God decides to do something different than they are used to; they resist and may even frustrate the move of God. While the newly born-again flows with the spirit and do great exploit.

Peter was astonished along with the other Jewish believers who have come with him, that the Holy Spirit would move so dramatically and quickly among these “unclean” Gentiles. This is still happening today in churches! Do you find yourself resisting the Spirit of God when it doesn’t match your expectations? Do you resist the move of the Holy Spirit because it does not align with your traditions and believe system. God can move in any form; just be ready to flow with the move of God’s Spirit.

The grace God shows to others sometimes might surprise you more than the grace God extends towards youself. Most times you might place boundaries around yourself with good intentions. But the Holy Spirit specializes particularly in boundary crossings. When you allow the Holy Spirit to eliminate divisions and boundaries you will see grace poured out.

From today; be open to the move of the Holy Spirit; do not call unclean what God has already chosen. Listen and follow the voice of God’s Spirit. Even when everyone is against it! They may just not understand how God move in different dimensions! Don’t limit God!

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for pouring out your Spirit and grace on all men! Your wish is that all men be saved and non should perish! Through your spirit I align myself with this vision and I’m leading many unto righteousness in Jesus name, Amen!

YOU HAVE ALL YOU NEED TO PREACH THE GOSPEL

A Daily Devotional Tract by Bright Idumwonyi.

Sunday 9th August, 2020.

TOPIC: YOU HAVE ALL YOU NEED TO PREACH THE GOSPEL

BIBLE VERSE:
LUKE 9:3
“And he said unto them, Take nothing for your journey, neither staves, nor scrip, neither bread, neither money; neither have two coats apiece.”

THOUGHTS ON TODAY’S BIBLE VERSE
The Kingdom of God needs to be preached; that’s why Jesus gave us the great commission to go out and make disciples of all nation. Some of the best preaching you will ever hear are not in the churches but on the streets; when you preach to people and declare the Kingdom of God to them. Jesus sent His disciple to go out and proclaim the Kingdom of God; to preach it to anyone that cares to listen; He also instructed them to take nothing with them as they go out; they were not to take food, nor money, nor bags, non clothes, they were to take nothing.

Does this not surprise you? It show the simplicity and urgency of the mission; carrying too much things will become hindrance or distractions to them and to the people they were to preach to. Their needs was not so much; the open hospitality of the people they meet was enough to meet their needs. The spirit of soul winning and evangelism is absolute simplicity and perfect faith in God to provide all you need.

One of the lies satan will tell you is that you are not good enough to preach the gospel; or you do not have what it takes to preach the gospel. Refuse to believe that lie; all you need is absolute faith in God; God has given you all you need to proclaim the good news! Jesus told the disciples take nothing with you; why would He tell them to take nothing if He had not already provided for them? You do not need fancy equipment to preach the gospel, neither do you need fancy clothes nor certificate, nor neither do you need the approval of anyone. When you are concern with too many things; you may begin to give the wrong impression that you have other motives.

The work of soul winning and evangelism is total dependence on God for direction, provision and utterance. You also need to depend on Him for the conversion of the souls; your job is not to change their minds; your job is to preach; if they listen to you stay but if they don’t you leave.

As a soul winner, you live a life of total dependence on God. How will you preach to people to depend on God when you don’t depend on Him. You have to show that you are absolutely dependent on God for everything and God will never fail you! In Luke 22:35 we find that the disciples lacked nothing during that mission; And he said unto them, When I sent you without purse, and scrip, and shoes, lacked ye any thing? And they said, Nothing. You have all you need to preach the gospel.

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for I have all that’s needed to proclaim the Gospel. I refuse to be distracted with the cares of this world. Through your Spirit oh God, I’m forging ahead and declaring your Word of peace on the earth and leading many out of the kingdom of darkness into the Kingdom of light in Jesus name, Amen!

YOU ARE A KING-PRIEST

A Daily Devotional Tract by Bright Idumwonyi.

Saturday 8th August, 2020.

TOPIC: YOU ARE A KING-PRIEST

BIBLE VERSE:
REVELATION 1:6
And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.”

THOUGHTS ON TODAY’S BIBLE VERSE
What the death and resurrection of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ did for us, is really too good to comprehend by the human mind. You can only comprehend it by the Spirit; when your eyes of understanding is enlightened; no wonder Apostle Paul wrote in Ephesians 1:8 “that the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints.”

The death and resurrection of Jesus Christ made you a King-Priest unto God. When you think about the idea of a king, what is the first thing that comes to mind: Kings makes decree and proclamations; kings don’t beg; they talk, move and do everything with authority and grace. When you think about Priest; what are the elements of Priesthood; what comes to your mind? Priests have direct access to God; direct access into the Holiest of Holies! You have direct access into the Shekinah Glory; the secret place of the Most High. Oh glory to God! This makes me so happy and joyous! How wonderful this is. If you knew who God is; you would understand how great this privilege is to enter into His presence! Oh thank you Lord Jesus!

When you were born again; you were born into a Kingdom of priests! You are a King- Priest; don’t argue it accept it and ask God to give you more revelations of your duty as a Priest. One of the duties of a Priest is to make sacrifice. We know Christ has already made the one sacrifice for all time. As a Priest, the sacrifice you are to make continually is the sacrifice of thanksgiving; offer your body continually to God as a living sacrifice. The bible speaking in Romans 12:1 said “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.”

Another duty you must carry out as a Priest, is intercession; you must intercede unbehalf of people. You most intercede for lost souls to be reconciled to God. You have been entrusted with the ministry of intercession as a Priest! You must continue to intercede for people; and until you see a breakthrough you don’t stop.

From today, begin to see yourself as a King-Priest, begin to live in this consciousness that you are a King-Priest. Kings don’t beg so refuse to live beggarly; instead as a king make decrees and proclamations. Refuse to come to God beggarly; stop looking for priests here and there to pray for you; you are the priest over your life. As a priest you have direct access to God; come boldly before God! Have that child-like boldness before your Father; you have acess to enter into the Holiest of Holies! Hallelujah! Thank you Lord Jesus!

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for such a great privilege; you have made me a King and a Priest; through your Son Jesus Christ I have unlimited access into your presence to intercede for lost souls and righteousness is being inputted into them in Jesus name, Amen!

HOW BEAUTIFUL ARE YOUR FEET?

A Daily Devotional Tract by Bright Idumwonyi.

Friday 7th August, 2020.

TOPIC: HOW BEAUTIFUL IS YOUR FEET

BIBLE VERSE:
ROMANS 10:14-15
How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things.”

THOUGHTS ON TODAY’S BIBLE VERSE
The Greek word for the Gospel literally means that “this news is almost too good to be true.” The Gospel of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ contains eternal veritas that’s seems too good to be true. But glory to God, it is true and absolutely incredible. In today’s verse Apostle Paul reminds us of what was written in the book of Isaiah 52:27; beautiful are the feet of those who preach this good news and proclaim it to the world.

It is important to note that this good news came from God. God was the one speaking peace over the world through the blood of Jesus. God initiated it and also provided a means of reconciling mankind to Himself. 2 Corinthians 5:18-19 says “All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting men’s sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation”

This good news has to be passed on because it is the preaching of the gospel that releases the power of salvation upon the lost soul. People cannot be saved unless they believe and they cannot believe unless they hear; how will they hear unless someone preach it to them and how will someone preach it unless he be sent! This is exactly the reason Jesus Christ gave you the great commission; to spread the gospel around the world in Matthew 28:18-20 and Mark 16:15-18.

How wonderful this is; that you have been entrusted with this glorious gospel; how honourable it is to be a carrier of divine truths; how glorious it is to be a custodian of His eternal veritas. Oh Glory to God! Hallelujah! No wonder Prophet Isaiah in chapter 52 verse 27 said “How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of those who bring good news, who proclaim peace, who bring good tidings, who proclaim salvation, who say to Zion, “Your God reigns!”

You have to ensure your feet are beautiful. Will God call your feet beautiful when He looks at them? Has your feet taken you places where you proclaim the gospel? If No! You can start today; join and support the work of evangelism in whatever capacity you can; become part of our evangelical mission called “The Fishers Tribe”. Make sure your feet are taking the Gospel around the world. It is your primary responsibility. It is your calling. God has entrusted it into your hands! Do not fail God!

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for making me a custodian of your eternal veritas; I accept my responsibility to be your mouthpiece; through your Spirit I’m supporting the work of evangelism; I’m taking the gospel around the world; turning many unto righteousness in Jesus name, Amen!

THE GOSPEL IS NOT A TOOL FOR CONDEMNATION

A Daily Devotional Tract by Bright Idumwonyi.

Thursday 6th August, 2020.

TOPIC: THE GOSPEL IS NOT A TOOL FOR CONDEMNATION

BIBLE VERSE:
JOHN 3:17
For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

THOUGHTS ON TODAY’S BIBLE VERSE
It is true that many sinners have decided to not become Christians because of the way some people preached it to them. Some Christians have decided to become preachers of condemnation. They use the gospel to point out people’s wrong and castigate them. This is a wrong mindset. This is a wrong message about the gospel of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

The aim of Jesus coming into the world was not to condemn sinners but to save them. The message of Jesus Christ is referred to as the Gospel because it is good news. When sinner hears the gospel it should be uplifting and joyous to their souls. At the heart of the Gospel is Jesus Christ, the son of the Living God. The Gospel is good news about Jesus Christ.

If you are truly convinced that the gospel is the final solution to all of man’s problems; if you are convinced that the gospel has the power to save sinners; then you must be careful how you preach it to them. The Gospel is not a tool for condemnation; the gospel is called good news; be careful not to preach judgment and condemnation to the sinners. The gospel should be liberating to the hearts of the sinners. It makes the sinners want to run to embrace it. Be careful how you communicate Jesus Christ to the sinners; their lives here on earth and hereafter depends on it.

You need to understand that the gospel doesn’t begin with the issue of sin but of love. John 3:16 says “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” Notice it didn’t even mention anything about sin. The gospel is a message of the Father’s love, wholly expressed in the person of Jesus Christ. This is what you should preach to the sinners.

When you study, ask the Holy Spirit to give you a better understanding of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Refuse to be a preacher of condemnation. Let your message be uplifting and liberating to the heart of sinners. Be careful not to push them away with your message. Preach it in a way they will embrace it when they hear it.

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for making me your mouthpiece and a carrier of your divine truths. Thank you for counting me faithful and giving me the ministry of reconciliation; through your Spirit I influence everyone around me and in the world with the Gospel and righteousness is established in their heart forever in Jesus name, Amen!

YOU ARE AN AGENT OF HEAVEN

A Daily Devotional Tract by Bright Idumwonyi.

Wednesday 5th August, 2020.

TOPIC: YOU ARE AN AGENT OF HEAVEN

BIBLE VERSE:
JOHN 17:18
As thou hast sent me into the world, even so have I also sent them into the world.

THOUGHTS ON TODAY’S BIBLE VERSE
Jesus Christ had a divine authority and mandate from God the Father. He was sent by God to purchase salvation for all men through His blood and also to preach the goodnews. Jesus was not an imposter; He successfully accomplished what God asked Him to do; which was to work out the salvation of all men and also preach the gospel.

When He had successfully done this; He decided to handover this same authority and mandate of proclaiming the gospel to you as His follower. You therefore; became an Agent of Heaven; a custodian of divine veritas; a royal ambassador from Heaven to earth. He entrusted you with the gospel! Hallelujah! Glory to God!

What a wonderful privilege to be a transmitter of that which is divine. How wonderful it is to be the mouthpiece of God. Proclaiming the goodnews around the world; telling everyone Jesus Christ has wiped out all their sins; redeemed them and offered them grace. Jesus Christ is the only way to be saved, there is no other way.

Acts 4:12 says Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. When you understand that there is no other way to be saved! When you are totally convinced that anyone that is not in Christ is dead; then you will understand how important the message that has been given to you is. If you don’t proclaim it people will be condemned forever. It is in the proclamation and preaching of the Gospel that the power of salvation is released upon many.

If you are truly convinced that the Gospel is the only way to be saved; then you must preach it. It has been committed to you. It’s your responsibility. 1Corinthians 9:16 says “… … woe is unto me, if I preach not the gospel!” This should be your proclamation. You are an Agent of Heaven. Start proclaiming the good news from today!

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for making me a custodian of your eternal veritas. I accept my responsibility as Heaven’s Agent here on earth; through your Spirit I foster the programs of heaven’s kingdom here on earth; turning many away from darkness into light in Jesus name, Amen!

YOU ARE SAVED TO SAVE OTHERS

A Daily Devotional Tract by Bright Idumwonyi.

Tuesday 4th August, 2020.

TOPIC: YOU ARE SAVED TO SAVE OTHERS

BIBLE VERSE:
2 CORINTHIANS 5:18
And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation.

THOUGHTS ON TODAY’S BIBLE VERSE
God was in Jesus Christ reconciling you back to Himself. You were first an enemy of God; but after the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ; God was no longer angry with you. He reconciled you back to Himself through Jesus Christ and you are now at peace with Himself; He is no longer angry with you at all. As a result of this; He gave you the ministry of reconciliation. He made you a partner with Him in reconciling others back to Him.

You didn’t get born again so you can enjoy all the privileges alone and then die and go to heaven. No! You were saved; reconciled to God so that you can save others by reconciling them back to God. This is the ministry God has given to you. When must Christians read about this statement; they think of becoming professional preachers; but that’s really not it; rather let the preaching starts from the way you live your life. Let the manner you live your life do the preaching first. Live in a manner that would reconcile people back to Him. You really cannot preach what doesn’t work for you or what has not impacted your life. That’s why what you preach has to be manifested in your life first.

Don’t shy away from your primary responsibility. This is your calling! You have been given the ministry of reconciliation. This is your mandate! God reconciled you back to Himself and also made you a representative, an ambassador of God’s Kingdom here on earth. When God saved you through Jesus Christ; He gave you the responsibility to save others! To live exemplary life and also to declare the gospel and get others saved. You were saved to save others!

Don’t let any body tell you otherwise. This is your calling. It’s your primary responsibility. This is your call to ministry. Refuse to shy away from it. The bible says … … … God has given to you the ministry of reconciliation What else are you waiting for? Let everything you do from today be done towards advancing God’s kingdom. You should start doing everything with a view of reconciling men and women back to God! This is your calling! This is your ministry!

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for saving me and giving me a new life and a hope. You turned my shame into glory. Today I accept my responsibility as a representative of your Kingdom here on earth; reconciling men and women back to you. I declare from today; I am turning man unto righteousness through the help of your Spirit in Jesus name, Amen!

JOIN THE WORK OF SOUL WINNING

A Daily Devotional Tract by Bright Idumwonyi.

Monday 3rd August, 2020.

TOPIC: JOIN THE WORK OF SOUL WINNING

BIBLE VERSE:
JOHN 20:21-22
Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you. And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Ghost.

THOUGHTS ON TODAY’S BIBLE VERSE
I have heard some Christians say “everybody must not do evangelism or win soul.” They still think soul winning and evangelism is only for the Pastors and the Evangelist; so they refuse to join in the work of spreading the Gospel. But that’s a very wrong mindset; a great deception from the devil and what you should do is cast him out. As a Christian, you need to understand that Jesus Christ has sent you to spread the Gospel in your family, around your neighborhood, and the entire world.

When Jesus Christ resurrected; He commissioned you to become a partner with Him in reconciling the world to the Father. You became an ambassador of Christ; a representative of Christ. Jesus said “as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you”. This is a very direct statement; you should never argue the words of Jesus; all you need do is say yes; I am available Lord.

Join in spreading the Gospel everywhere you are! Whatever is needed to get the gospel to the ends of the earth is what you need to be a part of. Become a part of taking this devotional to everybody around you and in the world. You can share this devotional; send it to a friend, families; share it on your social media page and see how lives are changed and turned to Christ. Also support evangelical work financially; become a part of our Evangelical Ministry called “The Fishers Tribe”; volunteer to be part of the field work of soul winning/and evangelism. This is the will of the Father; Jesus Christ Himself said: as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you. What else are you waiting for?

The latter part of the verse says “…And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Ghost. This was important as a sign that they are will receive the Holy Spirit; the promise of the Father. Because without the Holy Spirit; they will remain timid and not have the boldness to spread the gospel. The Holy Spirit came upon them on the day of Pentecost and they became very bold in spreading the gospel. As a Christian filled with the Holy Ghost; you have this boldness already; it inherent in you. You have what it takes to take the gospel to the ends of the earth.

From today make up your mind to be conscious of who you are as an ambassador, a representative of Christ; wherever you are; share the good news and lead people to Christ; this is your primary responsibility.

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for the gift of righteousness and the indwelling of your Spirit in me. Thank you for making me a representative and sending me out to spread the good news. By your Spirit I receive boldness to spread the gospel around the world, turning many unto righteousness in Jesus name! Amen!

DON’T BECOME JEALOUS OF OTHERS SPIRITUAL GIFT

A Daily Devotional Tract by Bright Idumwonyi.

Sunday 2nd August, 2020

TOPIC: DON’T BECOME JEALOUS OF OTHERS SPIRITUAL GIFT

BIBLE VERSE:
NUMBERS 11:29
And Moses said unto him, Enviest thou for my sake? would God that all the LORD’S people were prophets, and that the LORD would put his spirit upon them!.

THOUGHTS ON TODAY’S BIBLE VERSE
Reading today’s bible verse in context will help you to understand better. God had asked Moses to gathered unto Him in the tabernacle seventy men of the Elders of Israel; so that He will put His spirit upon them and they will be able to assist Moses in the work. Moses did gathered the people but two of the men; Eldad and Medad, whose names were submitted were still out in the camp while the others were in the tabernacle. When the Spirit of God rested on the ones in the tabernacle; it rested also on these two men that were out in the camp and they began to prophesy.

As these two men Eldad and Medad prophesied; people in the camp saw them and Joshua a servant of Moses, having a great love for Moses not wanting anyone to take over Moses authority; ran to Moses and advised that Moses stop the two men from prophesying but Moses being full of the God’s Spirit new better and answered: “Are you jealous for my sake? I wish that all the LORD’s people were prophets and that the LORD would put his Spirit on them!”

It is common to find jealousy amongst Christians today and even between some Pastors! When God decided to bless one person with a certain gift; you will notice the other person becomes jealous and start talking against the other because one manifested God in a certain way different from his own gift. This is not suppose to be so! When you notice someone has been blessed with a gift by God; you are suppose to celebrate them and thank God for the gift upon their life. God has given them that gift for the edification of the church. You should never become jealous of someone else’s spiritual gift.

Do you find yourself feeling sad or angry because the spiritual gifts and graces of God’s Spirit are imparted to others besides yourself. You must be careful not to secretly grieve at the gifts, graces, or usefulness of others. Refuse to condemn and silence those that differ from you because they do not follow your church. Do not reject those whom Christ has chosen?

In Mark 9:38 John told Jesus that “we saw someone driving out demons in your name and we told him to stop, because he was not one of us.” Jesus replied him in verse 39 “Do not stop him,” Jesus said. “For no one who does a miracle in my name can in the next moment say anything bad about me.” Isn’t this amazing! Refuse to be jealous; stop badmouthing others for their spiritual gift. God actually wants everyone to prophesy. He want everyone to become a priest and a prophet. You will notice this in Acts chapter 2 when He sent forth His Spirit upon all that were in that upper room and they began to speak in other tongues.

If you desire more gifts; if you want to manifest the power of God in different dimension you can ask God and He will give you! Refuse to talk down anyone that God has imparted with His spirit.

PRAYER
Dear Father; I thank you for pouring out your Spirit upon all men. I refuse to be jealous of any one’s spiritual gift. I know its your desire that all men be filled with your Spirit. From today I partner with you for the realization of this vision to impart all men and women with your Spirit in Jesus name! Amen!
